This is very true. Despair seems to be one of those emotions that only crops up when you have time for it - if you are busy you don't have time to despair.
I agree with this, too.
It is so hard to fight that urge to stay in bed with the covers over our heads when we are hurting or depressed but that only feeds the pain and anguish.
If we can make ourselves get out of that rut and get busy then we have found the key to moving on and feeling healthy again.
Better yet, if we focus on finding someone else to help then we move forward even faster without even realising it.
I suppose from time to time we all have difficult days. We must be devoted to some kind of motion~ even if we have to pull ourselves up by our boot straps.
I once read a quote which goes something like this:
Disgrace is not in falling. It is in staying there & wallowing.
