Welcome to the Quote of the Day! This site originated in a small, special education, high school classroom and we talk about these quotes each morning on school days. We'll share our thoughts, feelings, and personal values as we explore the words of others. We look forward to hearing your thoughts as well. If you have a quote that you would like to see used, please send it to: michelle(dot)nvs(at)gmail(dot)com (all lower case).

Worrying about anything is paying interest on a loan you haven't taken out yet. Love never comes when you look for it, so don't worry. Live life, and love seems to find you.
This is a fun and useful blog idea. Thanks for stopping by Isis, Michelle.
Here's a quote for You from Moralia, by Plutarch:
"Nature without learning is a blind thing, and learning without nature is an imperfect thing, and practice without both is an ineffective thing."
Energy spent worrying is energy taken away from something potentially productive.
On love:
One must be fully present & take delight in the moment.
