The cynic in me sees this as yet another endorsement of complacency - "don't worry - be happy" with what you have.
Shouldn't we all strive for more in our live? I don't necessarily mean things either. If, as a whole, mankind were satisified with what we had, we would still be huddled in caves, happy in the darkness.
