A joyful moment in time (the birth of a child, a wedding day, that big promotion, etc) can be a treasure that stays with you long after the moment ends.

I always felt that Einstein missed it a bit with relativity - time is shorter in direct proportion to the amount of enjoyment during the moment. The best moments never seem to last, while the worst of them drag on and on.
