I wonder if she struggled with this during her life.

They are such simple words and yet, perhaps, the most profound concept that we all need to hear in our formative years and then again periodically throughout life.

I remember during my teenage years, my Grandmother saying, "Take a good long look in the mirror to make sure that you're you."

People need to concentrate on being who they are - but it is often difficult, especially in today's society where we are bombarded with images from the media of who we should be, to be who we are.
