All I can say today is I agree.
Move it or lose it?
I think that there are times in our lives when we need to coast for a while.
We just have to remember to kick it back into gear and get going before we get stuck in a rut of our own making.
Did you ever stop to think, and forget to start again?
You know somethings wrong when people begin to check to see if you have a pulse... For Fredrika's sake, Do Something!!!!
