Welcome to the Quote of the Day! This site originated in a small, special education, high school classroom and we talk about these quotes each morning on school days. We'll share our thoughts, feelings, and personal values as we explore the words of others. We look forward to hearing your thoughts as well. This is something you hear from teenagers a lot. The other one is about things not being fair.
It is tough to realize, but the world is not fair, and the world does not care at all for your well being. It was here and turning before you were born, and will continue to be here turning after you are long gone and turned to dust.
The only meaning life has is the meaning that we give it. That is the real key - to give our brief existence here some meaning, some purpose.
Exactly what was just said!
Life is what YOU make it.
