Doesn't it take 2 to make war as well? Kind of hard to have a war with yourself.
However, once at war one person can't just end it.
So peace is, in essence, a relationship.
One person can walk away from a fight but there may not be any kind of peace unless both come to some kind of aggreement.
& so... it takes only one to create war? ~ hmmmm....
