I think most of us are stuck in 1st gear, and don't even realize there are more, let alone that we can use them.
It is truly amazing how we limit ourselves by not even trying.
And some of those gears are specifically designed to help prevent us from crashing!
Sometimes we work harder than we have to simply because we are in the wrong gear.
i think that this quote means that we all have capability, we all just need to gain access to it more often than not. If we don't we are then not using gears that we have.
