Hey, that's along the lines of something I once read about (advice) supervisors & managers:
"Be sure to hire employees who are smarter than you, and your job will be so much easier."
Since I was a kid, I've been drawn to people who are more knowledgeable than me... {wonder why I didn't marry one of them?} That thought just made its way to the keyboard. Ahhhh, popy-cock!
