To be envious of another, for more than a fleeting moment, is to sell your soul.
I admit to being {hopefully, healthily} territorial, and hope that I never become jealous or envious of another.
There is much more joy in celebrating
than in envying other's accomplishments.
An attitude of gratitude will take you farther than one of envy.
And being grateful for what you do have doesn't mean that you can't working to improve yourself but you don't have to be envious of what someone else already has.
One of the seven deadly sins, and one of the ten commandments as well(thou shalt not covet).
