My dad used to say, "Chances are they won't cook & eat you."
You'd have to have known my dad... ... I got what he was telling me.... NOT to live in fear.
We are hardwired with the fight/flight response. We instinctively react as if our life is on the line - and it rarely, if ever, is.
So what are we really afraid of?
