Welcome to the Quote of the Day! This site originated in a small, special education, high school classroom and we talk about these quotes each morning on school days. We'll share our thoughts, feelings, and personal values as we explore the words of others. We look forward to hearing your thoughts as well. If you have a quote that you would like to see used, please send it to: michelle(dot)nvs(at)gmail(dot)com (all lower case).

Isn't that the way it is sometimes?
We aim for one place and end up in another one but it all works out in the end!
I tend to agree with the old adage
"there are no accidents". That is to say that we cross paths with that which & whom we are supposed to. I do, however, believe that what we choose to do with "that" or "them" is up to us. I suppose that makes me someone who believes not in accidents, but rather in mistakes.
It isn't the destination that is important, it is the journey. In the end, all our lives end in the exact same destination (dust to dust as it were), it is the journey between these two states that is important.
